TubeNaut is free to use. We don't sell your personal data. This page explains what the site and its sign-in, analytics and advertising partners collect, and why.
TubeNaut itself does not require an account to use its tools. YouTube video or channel links you enter are sent directly to the official YouTube Data API v3 to fetch publicly available data. We do not store, log, or retain the URLs or data you enter into our tools.
If you choose to sign in with Google (optional, via the "Sign in" button), we receive your Google account's name, email address and profile photo through Firebase Authentication, so the site can recognize you across visits. We do not receive your Google password.
We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
TubeNaut is supported by advertising. We work with Google AdSense, Monetag and HilltopAds to display ads, including banner and video ad formats. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and your IP address or approximate location to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your interests.
You can opt out of personalized advertising for Google-served ads via Google Ad Settings. For Monetag and HilltopAds, opt-out options and their data practices are described in their own privacy policies.
TubeNaut uses the YouTube Data API v3 provided by Google LLC. By using this site, you agree to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and YouTube's Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). All video and channel data shown comes directly from YouTube's official API in real time.
AI-powered tools on this site (title, script, SEO and related generators) use the Google Gemini API. Text you enter for these tools is sent to Google's Gemini servers for processing only. We do not store, log, or share this content. Use of these tools is subject to Google's AI Terms of Service.
The site uses cookies and browser local storage for sign-in sessions, analytics, serving ads, and remembering simple preferences (such as whether you've dismissed the app-install banner). You can clear these at any time through your browser settings; some features, like staying signed in, may not work correctly if you do.
TubeNaut offers an optional Android app (APK) that loads the same website. It only requires internet access and does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or other sensitive device permissions.
This site integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

TubeNaut is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We do not store the content of your tool queries. Sign-in and analytics data is handled by Google Firebase and protected by Google's security infrastructure. All traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a new feature or partner. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
